I launched myptcoach to help Women in their 40s and 50s who want to live and age well by offering exercise and wellbeing programmes that fit with their busy lives. It’s longevity training for your body - and your brain! We cover areas such as resistance training, cardio, balance work, Pilates and joint health. No faff, just straightforward workouts and classes for you to schedule into your life at a time that’s convenient for you.

I get it.... this was me 12 years ago
At 40, I started experiencing symptoms I couldn’t explain—heart palpitations, night sweats, panic attacks, joint pain. No sleep. No energy. I was a personal trainer, doing everything “right,” but nothing worked.
Doctors told me I was fine. I wasn’t.
I spent a fortune on supplements, appointments, and miracle cures. Nothing helped. And if I felt this bad in my 40s… what would my 50s, 60s, and 70s look like?
Then I hit a wall. I had a breakdown and took six months off work. That time changed everything. I researched, studied, and finally found my answer: I was Perimenopausal.
That knowledge was my turning point. I wasn’t broken—I just needed a new strategy.
I became a Menopause Health & Fitness Coach, put what I learned into practice, and everything changed. My symptoms improved. I felt in control again. Today, at 52 and post-menopausal, I feel stronger and more resilient than ever. I’ve learned to prioritize myself—which makes me better for my family, my work, and my future.
