I believe in choice - you can choose how and when to exercise with us. You can buy a single class, a block of classes or join a monthly class membership scheme. If you have a specific goal that you’d like to work on, there’s also the option of one-to-one personal training sessions.
I offer a variety of classes and programmes - from face to face classes, online programmes and private coaching. There’s something to suit every budget. I also have some FREE resources coming soon!
Face to Face classes
I offer face to face classes in Pilates and Resistance Training locally. They’re a great way to meet with people, get a good workout… and have a good giggle! Classes are tailored towards individual clients’ needs and are therefore suitable for beginners upwards.

Online programmes & on-demand membership
If you aren’t local and can’t attend a face to face class - my online monthly membership is a great option! It offers total flexibility - do the pre-recorded, fully guided classes in your own time, at a pace to suit you.
There are classes covering areas such as Resistance Training, Pilates, Metabolic Conditioning and Joint Health.
There are also stand-alone programmes that you can purchase separately, or can access as part of your monthly membership, such as my Strong Foundations programmes - which introduce you to Resistance Training, Pilates, HIIT and Joint Health. Bespoke 1-2-1 Menopause health & fitness coaching
Finally, I offer totally bespoke private Menopause coaching - which can take place in person (if you’re local to me) or online.
Together, we take a deep dive into where you are now with regards to your fitness, nutrition, wellbeing… and those pesky Menopause symptoms - and then discuss what your goals are. Finally, we create an action plan that’s achievable for YOU, based entirely on your goals.
You can buy a single session (90 minutes plus follow up) a block of 6 sessions taken over 3 months, or a block of 12 sessions taken over 6 months.
