Welcome to myptcoach. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in our programmes, classes, courses (online or in-person), or coaching services (1-2-1 or group), you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Company Information

myptcoach is a health and fitness business registered and operating in England, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure our services are appropriate for your current health and fitness level.

3. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Online and in-person fitness programmes, classes, workshops and courses

  • Personalised coaching in both 1-2-1 and group formats

  • Downloadable content such as PDFs, calendars, and instructional guides

All services and content are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless a written payment plan is in place. Access to digital services and content will be granted upon receipt of payment.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

For digital services, once access is provided, refunds are not typically issued. For live or in-person services, 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel. Missed sessions without appropriate notice may be forfeited.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

If you purchase a service online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This right is waived if you access or download the service within this period, which constitutes a request for immediate service delivery.

6. Health & Safety Commitment

myptcoach is committed to providing a safe environment for all clients and complies with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. Risk assessments are conducted regularly, and all reasonable steps are taken to safeguard your wellbeing during participation.

7. Health Declarations & Medical Advice

Before taking part in any It is your responsibility to disclose relevant medical conditions. Our services do not replace medical advice, and we may refer you to a healthcare provider if required.

By participating in any of our classes, you will be performing activities where inherent risk is involved. It is strongly recommended that you check with a licensed medical professional before beginning any exercise regimen or diet program. By purchasing, signing up for, or participating in any myptcoach services—including but not limited to face-to-face fitness classes, 1-2-1 personal training sessions, online memberships, digital courses, and downloadable content (free or paid) you agree that I (Claire Wilson/ myptcoach) shall not be held liable for any injuries sustained while participating in any workout purchased on my website or third party site.

8. Professional Qualifications

All coaching and instruction are delivered by appropriately qualified professionals (e.g., Level 3 Personal Trainers or equivalent). We operate within the scope of our training and always prioritise your safety and best interests.

9. Insurance Coverage

myptcoach holds current Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance policies to cover risks associated with the services we offer.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (including but not limited to videos, PDFs, images, and written content) are the intellectual property of myptcoach. You may not copy, share, or reproduce any content without prior written consent. Purchase grants you a non-transferable, personal-use licence only.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Your personal data, including any health-related information (considered special category data), will be collected and processed lawfully, transparently, and securely.

12. Use of Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Teachable, Zoom) to deliver services and process payments. Each platform has its own privacy and data handling policies. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from use of these third-party tools.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myptcoach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income, data, or wellbeing arising from the use of our services.

14. Complaints Procedure

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at hello@myptcoach.co.uk. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and resolve them as quickly as possible.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
