“Since my very first meeting with Claire, I felt confident that she understood my goals, and limitations caused by my painful knees and achilles. Claire manages to create programmes which are both challenging and achievable – a fine balancing act! She is always encouraging and patient, and takes care to always ensure that I understand any new exercises. I have had to invest in a whole new wardrobe of clothes, having gone down 2 dress sizes! Any exercise is now mostly pain-free too. If you are considering using a personal trainer then I can’t recommend Claire highly enough.” Kay
