If you're feeling overwhelmed by brain fog, anxiety, exhaustion, weight gain or those all-too-familiar achey joints… you are not alone. And trying to understand WHAT to do about your symptoms so that you can feel more like 'you' again is confusing.... there's so much conflicting information out there!
That’s exactly why I created ‘My Meno Blueprint’ — a 2-hour workshop designed especially for women in their 40s and 50s who are ready to understand what’s going on in their bodies and start doing something about it.
Here’s what to expect:
On Tuesday 25th June (7–9pm) at the Costock Pavilion Sports Ground we’ll come together for a practical, empowering evening that covers the four big pillars that impact your symptoms — exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress. There'll be lots of time for questions, conversation and refreshments.
You’ll learn how to:
Understand and manage your symptoms without overhauling your entire life
Feel stronger and more in control of your body again
See real changes in your energy, mood and body composition
Leave with a personalised, simple plan that works for you
This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list — it’s about helping you feel better with small, do-able changes that make a big difference.
And the cost of a ticket? £20
